Spectators: 6867 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1867, VIP seats: 0) Tommy Rosso made the kick off and thus started the match. Tommy Rosso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tommy Rosso in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aidan Xerri saved Valletta Spurs FC from getting behind. If Brandon Rizzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aidan Xerri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Rosso, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute, Brandon Rizzo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valletta Spurs FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Colin Brincau took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aidan Xerri. Aidan Xerri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brandon Rizzo in the 31st minute of play forced Nadur Youngsters's goalkeeper Duminku Peel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duminku Peel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brandon Rizzo in the 33rd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Fiobian Besseling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brandon Rizzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duminku Peel having to interfere. After having played for 36 minutes, Tommy Rosso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nadur Youngsters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tommy Rosso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brandon Rizzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Duminku Peel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Duminku Peel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brandon Rizzo in the 42nd minute of the match.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Rosso in the 54th minute of play forced Valletta Spurs FC's goalkeeper Aidan Xerri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Valletta Spurs FC defense, Tommy Rosso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aidan Xerri. The Valletta Spurs FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aidan Xerri should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Nadur Youngsters's Colin Brincau got a free kick in the 57th minute. If Tommy Rosso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nadur Youngsters's Colin Brincau got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl Pulè hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Nadur Youngsters's Duminku Peel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Nadur Youngsters from getting a goal against them. Colin Brincau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82ndth minute of the game Tommy Rosso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valletta Spurs FC's Aidan Xerri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Colin Brincau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nadur Youngsters were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Valletta Spurs FC for a fine match.
