Mark Fenech Adami showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 30 minutes into the match, Norrlands Guld's Mark Fenech Adami sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Michael Zammit Cutajar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mark Fenech Adami succeeded in the game's 71st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. With a little luck, Norrlands Guld's Everardo Pasqual got control of the ball when Richard Lia tried to sneak it across the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Norrlands Guld's Mario Bezzina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michael Zammit Cutajar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Ethan Musu's late challenge caught a Valletta Tornadoes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ethan Musu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Norrlands Guld's Ethan Musu got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Valletta Tornadoes's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
