Ponticella Stars's Asso Kullamaa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márk Kovács in the 12th minute of play. Asso Kullamaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márk Kovács, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Márk Kovács in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Asso Kullamaa saved Ponticella Stars from getting behind. Benedict Cumberbatch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ponticella Stars's goalkeeper Asso Kullamaa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute Templars FC were awarded a corner. Jonathan Sammut went to the cornerflag to take it. Ştefan Corbu kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Asso Kullamaa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jonathan Sammut. 86 minutes into the match, Ponticella Stars's goalkeeper Asso Kullamaa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedict Cumberbatch. 89 minutes into the match, Jonathan Sammut notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Ponticella Stars's Asso Kullamaa. Asso Kullamaa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 93 played minutes Templars FC got a freekick which was hit by Adelino Marques. Ponticella Stars's Ciro Tieri couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Templars FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Sammut got free with Asso Kullamaa in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th minute Benedict Cumberbatch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asso Kullamaa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute of the match Templars FC got a corner. Ponticella Stars's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonathan Sammut ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jonathan Sammut got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Asso Kullamaa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Templars FC played a much better game than Ponticella Stars and deserved their victory. The Ponticella Stars players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
