In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Meerkats FC's goalkeeper Pankracy Zawacki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Márk Kovács blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pankracy Zawacki having to make a save. With an all-out effort, Templars FC's Pankracy Zawacki threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Márk Kovács, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Pankracy Zawacki was a little too slow when Márk Kovács got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-0. Márk Kovács's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pankracy Zawacki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Márk Kovács ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pankracy Zawacki was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Márk Kovács sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pankracy Zawacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márk Kovács, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Pankracy Zawacki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márk Kovács, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Templars FC were awarded a corner. Ziya Onur Muzaffer went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Templars FC's corner Ziya Onur Muzaffer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pankracy Zawacki quite easily take care of the ball. After 38 played minutes Templars FC got a freekick which was hit by Ziya Onur Muzaffer. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 郑奕明 in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Courtois prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st play minute Márk Kovács came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Pankracy Zawacki. 5-0. André Courtois came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Meerkats FC's Alfred Coleiro. But to his dismay, Alfred Coleiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1.

Márk Kovács took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pankracy Zawacki. Pankracy Zawacki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Meerkats FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ziya Onur Muzaffer was slow to take the kick. During this time Templars FC's players had a chance to rest. Templars FC's Ziya Onur Muzaffer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pankracy Zawacki in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 57 minutes into the game, Alfred Coleiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meerkats FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Templars FC the free kick. After 57 played minutes Meerkats FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Coleiro. The crowd rose to their feet as Meerkats FC's 郑奕明 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of André Courtois. That made the score 6-2 after 65 minutes of play. Meerkats FC's Pankracy Zawacki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Sammut in the 73rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Sammut in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Zawacki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Jonathan Sammut's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pankracy Zawacki was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. If Jonathan Sammut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pankracy Zawacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Sammut, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
