When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Edmundo Duarte put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Argyris Loukoumakis. In the 15th minute Gökmen Ülkümen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rahim Kornes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Gökmen Ülkümen notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Seraċini Għawdxin's Rahim Kornes. Rahim Kornes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Song Wei Yun made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Seraċini Għawdxin's Rahim Kornes got control of the ball when Cristian Calboreanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Griffin in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Argyris Loukoumakis saved Calciatori FC from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Antoine Barbara dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rahim Kornes, 3-3. Pierre Gauci hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Calciatori FC's goalkeeper Argyris Loukoumakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Calciatori FC's Argyris Loukoumakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Griffin in the 82nd minute of play. After 88 played minutes Calciatori FC got a freekick which was hit by Pierre Gauci. After 90 played minutes Calciatori FC got a freekick which was hit by Gökmen Ülkümen. After a rather tough play, Seraċini Għawdxin's 雷然杰 got a free kick in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the match, Seraċini Għawdxin's goalkeeper Rahim Kornes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 雷国晨. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
