When the match had been going on for 44 minutes, Vardar Dimoa's Branimir Ribarski got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Marko Jordanovski. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Luan Eftimov made the kick off in the second half. Vardar Dimoa's Iljo Bardhi got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Josif Naceski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Josif Naceski in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marko Jordanovski saved Destroyers from getting behind. Vardar Dimoa's Veljan Sidovski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Vardar Dimoa from getting a goal against them. Nikola Temelkov's late challenge caught a Destroyers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikola Temelkov helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Vardar Dimoa got a freekick which was hit by Nikola Temelkov. Luan Eftimov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Veljan Sidovski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kristijan Spasovski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veljan Sidovski having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Destroyers's Željko Maznov got a free kick in the 79th minute. Josif Naceski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
