After having played for 21 minutes, Ivan Stanič managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zelenikovo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Stanič was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manchester United's Ditmir Manolev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Stanič in the 23rd minute of play. Nenad Dončev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ditmir Manolev having to interfere. In the 27th minute Ivan Stanič shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ditmir Manolev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Zelenikovo's Krste Jovičič in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, Zelenikovo's Vuk Draganov got control of the ball when Arben Apostolski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Milko Nikolov hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Stanič to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Zelenikovo's Nenad Dončev got a free kick in the 51st minute. Vuk Draganov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iljo Ilič, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Mile Aliti kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Zelenikovo's Nenad Dončev ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ditmir Manolev. Ditmir Manolev yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. In the 62nd minute Iljo Ilič shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vuk Draganov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goalkeeper Ditmir Manolev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nenad Dončev. After 71 played minutes Zelenikovo got a freekick which was hit by Milko Nikolov. Fatmir Davkovski hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Ditmir Manolev was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fatmir Davkovski. With a little luck, Manchester United's Ditmir Manolev got control of the ball when Krste Jovičič tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arben Apostolski charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arben Apostolski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vuk Draganov was left in no man's land by his defense there! 97 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goalkeeper Ditmir Manolev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nenad Dončev. Zelenikovo were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Manchester United's much stronger midfield.
