In the 27th match minute, Alaska FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Goce Vidoevski to maneuver through the defense. When Abd al-Aziz Sadmi fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rožden Partizan's protests and gave Abd al-Aziz Sadmi a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Alaska FC's zone, Nathanaël Donne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Miladinov came out of the goal and Nathanaël Donne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Stoycho Karadashki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Nathanaël Donne managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rožden Partizan's supporters rose to their feet, but Nathanaël Donne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Miladinov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Naim Radojevič struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Winfried Spegele didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alaska FC. A collision led to Rožden Partizan getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Nathanaël Donne hit a great ball. Rožden Partizan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abd al-Aziz Sadmi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Winfried Spegele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artmir Nikolov in the 88th minute of play. Winfried Spegele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naim Radojevič in the 94th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Rožden Partizan players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
