Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After 6 played minutes Rochdale City got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Dubois. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Jonathan Blumenthal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 9 minutes into the match, Rochdale City's goal looked a bit too open when Franz Abendroth came free, but Maximilian Schubert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 played minutes Rochdale City got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Kachel. Norton Radstock's Franz Abendroth managed to work through Rochdale City's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Franz Abendroth dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franz Abendroth in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximilian Schubert saved Rochdale City from getting behind. Jonathan Blumenthal struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Maximilian Schubert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Norton Radstock's Harry Traube proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Norton Radstock from getting a goal against them. Norton Radstock's Jonathan Blumenthal got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Jonathan Blumenthal came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Norton Radstock fans jumped to their feet. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Norton Radstock fully deserved thier win.
