Littlehampton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Goyeneche was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Milo Gerhardt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Münir Bozbey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Münir Bozbey didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-8 via right post in the game's 95th minute. Littlehampton's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! When the match was over Littlehampton could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ilkeston throughout the match.
