Liam Baumgärtner kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Hawkcombe's Lenny Thimmesch got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ollie Helminger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lenny Thimmesch, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Hawkcombe's Georg Schleck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ollie Helminger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Henry Juncker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christof Feldstein in the 20th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Lenny Thimmesch notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Union Remich Bous's Ollie Helminger. Ollie Helminger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Liam Baumgärtner in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henry Juncker saved Hawkcombe from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Hawkcombe's goal looked a bit too open when Liam Baumgärtner came free, but Henry Juncker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christof Feldstein might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henry Juncker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christof Feldstein ran back to his position shaking his head. Hawkcombe's Henry Juncker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christof Feldstein in the 66th minute of play. Ollie Helminger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenny Thimmesch in the 68th minute of play. Union Remich Bous's Jacob Stoffel got his second yellow card of the match in the 69th minute. The referee ordered Jacob Stoffel off the ground. Jacob Stoffel kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Henry Juncker didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christof Feldstein went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Hawkcombe getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Julian Horowitz hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Hawkcombe's Fred Nosbusch got a free kick in the 84th minute. Liam Baumgärtner's late challenge caught a Hawkcombe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Liam Baumgärtner helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th match minute, Union Remich Bous was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liam Baumgärtner to maneuver through the defense. Charlie Walch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
