Matty Baumhauer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Hayden Bartrup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 Schéin Männer's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Vance Barr scored to the left of an out of position Mehmet Hakkı Hazar, making the score, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Jeff Cousins made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Vance Barr left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brierley Hill FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 63rd minute, 11 Schéin Männer's Vincent Wercollier seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Vincent Wercollier the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of 11 Schéin Männer protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vincent Wercollier had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The audience held their breath when Keith Wilkinson in the 65th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Mehmet Hakkı Hazar's left hand side. When Jupp Augenstein fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 11 Schéin Männer's protests and gave Jupp Augenstein a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, Jupp Augenstein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tim Probst hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Tim Probst's late challenge caught a Brierley Hill FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tim Probst helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, 11 Schéin Männer's Tim Probst got a free kick in the 94th minute. Brierley Hill FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
