In the 16thth minute of the game Jérôme Schmit who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TSV 1860 München's Christian Eckstein was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute USS Enterprise were awarded a corner. Florian Otto went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on USS Enterprise's corner Florian Otto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Christian Eckstein quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the TSV 1860 München defense, Julien Zaugg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Eckstein. The TSV 1860 München fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Eckstein should have stopped the shot. After having played for 34 minutes, Wilhelm Hildmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USS Enterprise's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilhelm Hildmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julien Zaugg let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 38th minute shot 4-0 at rihgt post. Christian Eckstein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jérôme Schmit in the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of TSV 1860 München booed when USS Enterprise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilhelm Hildmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Victor Schleck came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the TSV 1860 München fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Schleck couldn't finish the play. When TSV 1860 München's Karl Happe in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl Happe to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Klepper in the 51st minute of play forced USS Enterprise's goalkeeper Basilio Barrientos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Schneider in the 53rd minute of play forced TSV 1860 München's goalkeeper Christian Eckstein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of USS Enterprise booed when TSV 1860 München was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klaus Weiss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willy Roth hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Julien Zaugg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Eckstein having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Willy Roth during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes TSV 1860 München got a freekick which was hit by Willy Roth. The USS Enterprise fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when USS Enterprise's Julien Zaugg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Christian Eckstein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jérôme Schmit in the 84th minute of the match. Florian Otto's late challenge caught a TSV 1860 München's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florian Otto helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to USS Enterprise getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Florian Otto hit a great ball. Karl Happe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Barrientos having to interfere. Ivan Schneider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivan Schneider's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Eckstein read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Wilhelm Hildmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. USS Enterprise had played much better football throughout.
