Ankaios Garofalis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Eddy Diederich made a huge save. Ankaios Garofaliss short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Eddy Diederich to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eddy Diederich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lionel Mesías in the 17th minute of play. Lionel Mesías who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Eddy Diederich when he managed to save the team from getting behind. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Lionel Mesías sped through LuxTor's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eddy Diederich. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lionel Mesías in the 36th minute of play forced LuxTor's goalkeeper Eddy Diederich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eddy Diederich came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Gebrüdersdorfer SV's Lionel Mesías. But to his dismay, Lionel Mesías quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Gebrüdersdorfer SV's Stanislaw Tyszka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siegfried Reuter in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Szczepan Wojtkiewicz to strike the kick off in the second half. Stanislaw Tyszka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siegfried Reuter, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 60th minute, LuxTor's Nazar Kogut seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nazar Kogut the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of LuxTor protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nazar Kogut had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of LuxTor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gebrüdersdorfer SV:s goal. The referee gave Gebrüdersdorfer SV a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lionel-Andrés Messi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LuxTor's Eddy Diederich. 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lionel Mesías in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eddy Diederich prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rudy Pflüger hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Lionel Mesías recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Gebrüdersdorfer SV booed when LuxTor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Pflüger didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 81 minutes of play, Gebrüdersdorfer SV's Lionel Mesías made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eddy Diederich was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Lionel Mesías in the 86th minute of play forced LuxTor's goalkeeper Eddy Diederich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Lionel Mesías made a precise shot to the right of Eddy Diederich. LuxTor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Eddy Diederich was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to LuxTor getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. La 李南南 hit a great ball. LuxTor's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
