Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fidel Weltert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Schönberg's zone, Fidel Weltert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yannick Strunk came out of the goal and Fidel Weltert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enrique Straub fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yannick Strunk having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Schönberg's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Straub came free, but Yannick Strunk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yannick Strunk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Weltert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yannick Strunk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Straub in the 20th minute of the match. Lukas Maria Biedermeier kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. If Fidel Weltert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rico Büchel-Sele fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Schönberg's protests and gave Rico Büchel-Sele a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hedge End United booed when Schönberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rico Büchel-Sele didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Enrique Straub had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 39th minute, Schönberg's Aydin Blumenthal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jaime Zettel. Jaime Zettel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 43rd match minute, Schönberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Toldo to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Straub fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yannick Strunk having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrique Straub was the one to do the kick off. In the 60th play minute Fidel Weltert came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Yannick Strunk. 1-1. After having played for 62 minutes, Enrique Straub managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hedge End United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrique Straub was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lorenz Luthiger kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Aydin Blumenthal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 77 minutes, Fidel Weltert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hedge End United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fidel Weltert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kordt Gautschi kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Yannick Strunk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Enrique Straub showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 84 minute of play. Enrique Straub sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fidel Weltert took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yannick Strunk. Yannick Strunk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Straub in the 96th minute of play forced Schönberg's goalkeeper Yannick Strunk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hedge End United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
