Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Josh Räss ran back to his position shaking his head. Ted Bättig made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Jannik Pino sent off a good shot on target. Blerand Fuchs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ted Bättig having to interfere. Gerhard Corvi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ted Bättig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blerand Fuchs in the 18th minute of play. Marc Eberle kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Blerand Fuchs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gerhard Corvi scored 1-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ted Bättig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th match minute, Alresford AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Kessler to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 33 minutes, Gerhard Corvi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pirroni-cum-Moze United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerhard Corvi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Pirroni-cum-Moze United's Gerhard Corvi got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Matthias Hanselmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Bernuzzi in the 38th minute of the match. If Martin Bernuzzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matthias Hanselmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Bernuzzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 51st minute, Josh Räss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blerand Fuchs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ted Bättig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerhard Corvi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blerand Fuchs in the 61st minute of play forced Alresford AFC's goalkeeper Ted Bättig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Alresford AFC defense, Jannik Pino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ted Bättig. The Alresford AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ted Bättig should have stopped the shot. Martin Bernuzzi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 73rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Pirroni-cum-Moze United's Jannik Pino in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alresford AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Ted Bättig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerhard Corvi in the 77th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Blerand Fuchs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pirroni-cum-Moze United's supporters rose to their feet, but Blerand Fuchs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ted Bättig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Blerand Fuchs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Ted Bättig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jannik Pino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ted Bättig having to interfere. Ted Bättig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jannik Pino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Josh Räss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ted Bättig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerhard Corvi, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There was no doubt that Pirroni-cum-Moze United were the better team. Pirroni-cum-Moze United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
