Hayling Island's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 12th minute, Hayling Island's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ovidio Bautista fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Marko Hoch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morten Boye, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Tola in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marko Hoch saved Hayling Island from getting behind. Zé Tola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Tola took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marko Hoch. Marko Hoch dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Ovidio Bautista scored 5-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marko Hoch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Hayling Island's goalkeeper Marko Hoch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Tola. Marko Hoch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Tola in the 32nd minute. After 33 played minutes Hayling Island got a freekick which was hit by Dietmar Sele. Zé Tola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 36th minute, Zé Tola made a precise shot to the right of Marko Hoch. Hayling Island's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Adriano Heggli made a great header on Holfenhein's corner, it was just that Hayling Island's Marko Hoch managed to reach the ball for a save. Marko Hoch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronny Gantenbein, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Zé Tola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marko Hoch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. If Zé Tola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Holfenhein were the better team. Holfenhein's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
