In the 11th minute, Flavio Zoff ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Tristezza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 17th minute, Edoardo Cavaliere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciccio Musacchio kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of Lions FC booed when ReAlma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Ferrario didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Augusto Passalacqua fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ReAlma's protests and gave Augusto Passalacqua a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lions FC booed when ReAlma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Passalacqua didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Lions FC's Biagio Piccinini in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Biagio Monti couldn't finish the play. The ReAlma players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lions FC were winning 0-3.

53 minutes into the match, Armin Calcio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Tristezza. ReAlma's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armin Calcio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 56 minutes into the match, ReAlma's goal looked a bit too open when Ciccio Musacchio came free, but Alexander Tristezza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Biagio Piccinini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Alexander Tristezza made a huge save. A collision led to Lions FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ciccio Musacchio hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes ReAlma got a freekick which was hit by Alessio Paolucci. Alexander Tristezza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciccio Musacchio in the 73rd minute of play. Ciccio Musacchio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Alexander Tristezza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Edoardo Cavaliere was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ReAlma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lions FC the free kick. A collision led to ReAlma getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Edoardo Cavaliere hit a great ball. Alexander Tristezza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Biagio Piccinini in the 79th minute of the match. Alexander Tristezza was a little too slow when Biagio Piccinini got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-5. The audience was convinced that Biagio Piccinini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Tristezza was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 93rd minute Biagio Piccinini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Tristezza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
