A collision led to Pieve Vecchia getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Felice Papetti hit a great ball. In the 47th minute of the match Amerigo Franzioni shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frank Perazzolo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francesco Cerasoli to make the kick off. Carter Pocobello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Cerasoli in the 54th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Aldo Guida notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Pieve Vecchia's Frank Perazzolo. Frank Perazzolo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carter Pocobello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Ritacco in the 65th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Pieve Vecchia's goal looked a bit too open when Comunardo Pavlu came free, but Frank Perazzolo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florian Ritacco struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Carter Pocobello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pieve Vecchia. After having played for 70 minutes, Comunardo Pavlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. Agricola Gloria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Comunardo Pavlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Perazzolo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Russo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldo Guida got free with Frank Perazzolo in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the F.C. Agricola Gloria defense, Florian Ritacco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carter Pocobello. The F.C. Agricola Gloria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carter Pocobello should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute Florian Ritacco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carter Pocobello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florian Ritacco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Pocobello having to interfere. Pieve Vecchia's Frank Perazzolo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Comunardo Pavlu in the 93rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Aldo Guida kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Frank Perazzolo. That made the score 2-2 in the 94 minute of play.
