Adriano Marsilio took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvise Marini. Alvise Marini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 8thth minute of the game Aurelio Menna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but I cobra nerazzurri's Ennio Basso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute Aurelio Menna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ennio Basso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th match minute, I cobra nerazzurri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Peca to maneuver through the defense. Eugenio Candeloro might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ennio Basso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eugenio Candeloro ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Spadoni in the 22nd minute of play forced Palazzi's goalkeeper Alvise Marini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrea Simonetti charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andrea Simonetti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Palazzi's Andrea Simonetti got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Aurelio Coletti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvise Marini made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Cesare Spadoni sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Coletti in the 42nd minute of play forced Palazzi's goalkeeper Alvise Marini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Aurelio Menna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ennio Basso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aurelio Coletti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugenio Candeloro got free with Ennio Basso in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Eugenio Candeloro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palazzi's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Candeloro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ennio Basso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 68 minutes of play, Palazzi's Eugenio Candeloro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ennio Basso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ennio Basso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Menna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. I cobra nerazzurri's Cesare Spadoni got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Palazzi's Alvise Marini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Coletti in the 75th minute of play. Aurelio Coletti struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Alvise Marini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for I cobra nerazzurri. A collision led to I cobra nerazzurri getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Cristiano Romano hit a great ball. Palazzi's Aurelio Menna saw an opening behind the goalie Ennio Basso in the 81stth minute and tried to shoot past into the top right corner, but with great reflexes Ennio Basso with one arm managed to save the shot in the last secound. If Eugenio Candeloro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Candeloros short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Ennio Basso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
