The coaching staff of F.C. Leone Milano protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alberto Martinelli had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Marina Di Palidoro FC a penalty, 35 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ettore Tomei, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of F.C. Leone Milano's goalkeeper Ciccio Carulli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fedele Bucci. After 88 played minutes F.C. Leone Milano got a freekick which was hit by Daniele Di Fazio. Cesare Quattrocchi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciccio Carulli having to make a save. In the 89th play minute Fedele Bucci came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ciccio Carulli. 0-5. Marina Di Palidoro FC's Fedele Bucci got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Marina Di Palidoro FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
