Fabiano Di Giambattista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amedeo Schiavo in the 61st minute of the match. Elia Di Matteo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo Trentini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elia Di Matteo was a little too slow when Enrico Giuliani got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-6. If Alfredo Pelliccia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
