Armin Serafini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anselmo Paoletti struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Florian Palmucci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Immortals. In the 31st minute, Ennio Helfer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dennis De Nicola fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Immortals's protests and gave Dennis De Nicola a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes, gennarella's Paulo José Albuquerque shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniele Barbato came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in gennarella reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabiano Capone in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniele Barbato saved Immortals from getting behind. Christian Barducci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Daniele Barbato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alfredo Micucci came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the gennarella fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Micucci couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Immortals defense, Fabiano Capone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniele Barbato. The Immortals fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniele Barbato should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The audience was convinced that Anselmo Paoletti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florian Palmucci was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Yada Polloni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Daniele Barbato made a huge save. Immortals's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabiano Capone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Immortals's goalkeeper Daniele Barbato had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabiano Capone. gennarella's Christian Barducci got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 84 minutes in the game, Fabiano Capone fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Daniele Barbato having to interfere. In the 87th minute, gennarella's Fabiano Capone ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Daniele Barbato. Daniele Barbato yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. In the 97thth minute of the game Fabiano Capone who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Immortals's Daniele Barbato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. gennarella's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
