Amedeo Rosetta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 40 minutes into the match, Urago FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaak Arulepp came free, but Cosimo Genovesi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celle Ligure's Alberigo Di Toro got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jaak Arulepp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edoardo Pinti to make the kick off. Jaak Arulepp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosimo Genovesi having to interfere.
