Spectators: 7228 (Terracing: 5529, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 4) Alfonso Melis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Bruno Ramundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Casado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaudencio Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Bruno Ramundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaudencio Casado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tolek Orling blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Ramundo having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaudencio Casado in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Ramundo saved Stella San Martino FC from getting behind. When Amos Violento came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Swansea FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amos Violento couldn't finish the play. When Attilio Ferrario fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stella San Martino FC's protests and gave Attilio Ferrario a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Swansea FC booed when Stella San Martino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Attilio Ferrario didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Swansea FC's Gaudencio Casado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Ramundo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Emilio Albertosi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Melis, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20thth minute of the game Bianco Gulli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Swansea FC's Emilio Albertosi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 21st match minute, Stella San Martino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amerigo Traini to maneuver through the defense. Attilio Ferrario kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Emilio Albertosi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Melis in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Stella San Martino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Camillo De Felice came free, but Bruno Ramundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Stella San Martino FC's goalkeeper Bruno Ramundo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tolek Orling. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaudencio Casado to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Swansea FC's Gaudencio Casado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Ramundo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bruno Ramundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolek Orling, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Stella San Martino FC's Attilio Ferrario slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emilio Albertosi. That made the score 1-2 after 55 minutes of play. In the 58th match minute, Stella San Martino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beppe Baggio to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaudencio Casado in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Ramundo saved Stella San Martino FC from getting behind. Bruno Ramundo came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Swansea FC's Gaudencio Casado. But to his dismay, Gaudencio Casado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Swansea FC's Tolek Orling got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stella San Martino FC's Bruno Ramundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Battisti in the 75th minute of play. Tolek Orling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 81 minutes, Tolek Orling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Swansea FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tolek Orling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amos Violento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Bruno Ramundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaudencio Casado in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Ramundo saved Stella San Martino FC from getting behind. Swansea FC's Emilio Albertosi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Melis in the 91st minute of play. When Alfonso Melis, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 93 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Emilio Albertosi was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Emilio Albertosi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 95th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Anselmo Granato. Swansea FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
