With his leg Fabio Sciamanna managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Folzano's Alessio Parente fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessio Parente in the 4th minute of play forced Mardimago AFC's goalkeeper Fabio Sciamanna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Corrado Marsilio came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Folzano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Corrado Marsilio couldn't finish the play. Andrea Silvestre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Alba went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Folzano's Andrea Silvestre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Mosca in the 17th minute of play. Alessio Parente struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Fabio Sciamanna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Folzano. In the 21st minute, Emiliano Gismondi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mardimago AFC's Fabio Sciamanna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessio Parente in the 25th minute of play. Fabio Sciamanna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Parente in the 28th minute of the match. Emiliano Gismondi hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 30th match minute, Mardimago AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Del Nero to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute Elia Pacella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Sciamanna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Garibaldi kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Folzano's Elia Pacella got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Folzano's Alessio Parente was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 39th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mardimago AFC's zone, Anfilogino Festuccia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Sciamanna came out of the goal and Anfilogino Festuccia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A long shot from Corrado Marsilio in the 46th minute of play was well struck, but Fabio Sciamanna made a really good save at the right post. A collision led to Mardimago AFC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Emiliano Gismondi hit a great ball.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessio Parente in the 52nd minute of play forced Mardimago AFC's goalkeeper Fabio Sciamanna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Alessio Parente notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Mardimago AFC's Fabio Sciamanna. Fabio Sciamanna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Folzano's Aldo Taglieri got a free kick in the 66th minute. Andrea Silvestre was a little too slow when Claudio Alba got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 2-2. Amedeo Rossini hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes, Mardimago AFC's Bianco Scarcella shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andrea Silvestre came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mardimago AFC reached it. 72 minutes into the game, Mardimago AFC's Arturo Del Nero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andrea Silvestre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mardimago AFC's goalkeeper Fabio Sciamanna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alessio Parente kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Alessio Parente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Sciamanna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessio Parente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Sciamanna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Andrea Silvestre was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Claudio Alba showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 92 minute of play. After some careless play in the Folzano defense, Arturo Del Nero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andrea Silvestre. The Folzano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andrea Silvestre should have stopped the shot. The Folzano manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Mardimago AFC to win.
