A collision led to Parma AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Comunardo Costantini hit a great ball. After 28th play minutes Christian Mattei shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Demetrio Del Grosso and just under the crossbar into goal. Demetrio Del Grosso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davide Rocchetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Ciccio Zarillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demetrio Del Grosso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Parma AFC's zone, Christian Mattei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demetrio Del Grosso came out of the goal and Christian Mattei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Christian Mattei took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demetrio Del Grosso. Demetrio Del Grosso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 69th minute, Ciccio Zarillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Comunardo Costantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes, Christian Mattei made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Parma AFC's Demetrio Del Grosso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ciccio Zarillo came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Marocco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciccio Zarillo couldn't finish the play.
