Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Davide Sasso started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute Frank Fanfarone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Reggianini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7thth minute of the game Armando Pascucci who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.C. Duro's Andrea Reggianini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 7 played minutes A.C. Duro got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Gaudino. If Emanuele Rotondi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 played minutes A.C. Duro got a freekick which was hit by Ciccio Marinelli. Frank Fanfarone, 12 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Pascucci in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrea Reggianini saved A.C. Duro from getting behind. When Emanuele Rotondi came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Recco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuele Rotondi couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in A.C. Duro's zone, Armando Pascucci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrea Reggianini came out of the goal and Armando Pascucci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuele Rotondi in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrea Reggianini saved A.C. Duro from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, A.C. Duro's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Pascucci came free, but Andrea Reggianini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Pascucci scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrea Reggianini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emanuele Rotondi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Reggianini having to interfere. In the 48th match minute, Recco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Fanfarone to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armando Pascucci made a kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind A.C. Duro's goalkeeper Andrea Reggianini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Armando Pascucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Andrea Reggianini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferruccio Cassone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuele Rotondi spun around in front of the goal 71 minutes in the game and got away a good shot, but Andrea Reggianini grabbed the ball before it went up in top right corner. Ferruccio Cassone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Martini having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, A.C. Duro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Gaudino to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Recco getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Donato Falasca hit a great ball. Recco were furious when Anfilogino Fortuna was red carded, 76 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Biagio Formaggio during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Recco getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Biagio Formaggio hit a great ball. Frank Fanfarone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Andrea Reggianini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Armando Pascucci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrea Reggianini. A.C. Duro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armando Pascucci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When the final whistle sounded Recco left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than A.C. Duro.
