A collision led to Igea Marina getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Dino Angelucci hit a great ball. Anthony Melani charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anthony Melani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 minutes of play, Tipano's Aurelio Chiappini made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Campo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11thth minute of the game Fabrizio Colagrossi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Igea Marina's Augusto Campo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 12th minute Aurelio Chiappini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Campo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelio Chiappini might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Augusto Campo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelio Chiappini ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelio Chiappini in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Campo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute Fabrizio Colagrossi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Campo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Aurelio Chiappini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tipano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some careless play in the Igea Marina defense, Aurelio Chiappini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augusto Campo. The Igea Marina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augusto Campo should have stopped the shot. Augusto Campo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Chiappini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aurelio Chiappini to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciro Lupi during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ciro Lupi kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. If Aurelio Chiappini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Igea Marina's zone, Fabrizio Colagrossi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Campo came out of the goal and Fabrizio Colagrossi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurelio Chiappini struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Augusto Campo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tipano. Augusto Campo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Chiappini, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Augusto Campo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aurelio Chiappini showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 79 minute of play. Aurelio Chiappini had several of the Igea Marina's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 82 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Augusto Campo as he didn't even see the shot coming. 86 minutes into the match, Igea Marina's goalkeeper Augusto Campo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabrizio Colagrossi. Augusto Campo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aurelio Chiappini showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 88 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Igea Marina's zone, Aurelio Chiappini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Campo came out of the goal and Aurelio Chiappini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabrizio Colagrossi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tipano's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
