The Pozzo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernesto Cauli should have stopped the shot. In the 11th minute, Bernardo Larizza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernesto Cauli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The audience was convinced that Bernardo Larizza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernesto Cauli was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. If Emiliano Palleschi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Pozzo's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Larizza came free, but Ernesto Cauli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damiano Spinelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Aldo Trotta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bernardo Larizza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd match minute, Pozzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Marinacci to maneuver through the defense. After 46 minutes Pozzo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Camillo Renzi who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Camillo Renzi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pozzo's Ernesto Cauli did a great save. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fedele Riva made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Emiliano Palleschi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Musashi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Palleschi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardo Larizza in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ernesto Cauli, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Emiliano Palleschi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Marinacci's late challenge caught a Musashi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anselmo Marinacci helped the player get up and apologised. Anselmo Marinacci hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Camillo Renzi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pozzo's Ernesto Cauli didn't even have to move. With a little luck, Pozzo's Ernesto Cauli got control of the ball when Bernardo Larizza tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute, Anselmo Marinacci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernesto Cauli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Palleschi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fedele Riva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Fedele Riva notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Musashi FC's Aldo Trotta. Aldo Trotta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 88th minute of the match Camillo Renzi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernesto Cauli skillfully saved the ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Pozzo's goalkeeper Ernesto Cauli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Pozzo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Musashi FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Musashi FC.
