Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carlo Di Tommaso got the match started through his kick off. Cristiano Bianchini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dario Cavanna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biagio Guidoni having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Rescalda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cristoforo Di Fabio. In the 16th minute, Dario Cavanna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute, Franco Del Vecchio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-1 became the score in the 20th minute when Dario Cavanna elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cristiano Bianchini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Rescalda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Bianchini came free, but Biagio Guidoni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Amedeo Valerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Bianchini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Biagio Guidoni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Alberto Alati's late challenge caught a Rescalda AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Alati helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rescalda AFC booed when Secondigliano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Alati didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Rescalda AFC's Cristoforo Di Fabio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Aurelio Fiordelisi kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The Rescalda AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Secondigliano were winning 0-1.

Carter Lupi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo Valerio in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Rescalda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Cavanna came free, but Biagio Guidoni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dario Cavanna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Biagio Guidoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvise Franceschini's late challenge caught a Rescalda AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvise Franceschini helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Amedeo Valerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rescalda AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amedeo Valerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carter Lupi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute, Alvise Franceschini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 68 played minutes, Rescalda AFC's Cristoforo Di Fabio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carter Lupi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rescalda AFC reached it. If Carlo Di Tommaso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amedeo Valerio might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carter Lupi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amedeo Valerio ran back to his position shaking his head. Secondigliano's Carter Lupi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amedeo Valerio in the 78th minute of play. After 80 minutes of play, Rescalda AFC's Carlo Di Tommaso made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carter Lupi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Secondigliano's Dario Cavanna got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Secondigliano's Carter Lupi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Di Tommaso in the 92nd minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
