The tension between the Moschini AFC and the Marechiaro La Gaiola players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fabiano Visintin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 7th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cosimo Caracciolo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugenio Puce read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Cosimo Caracciolo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Puce having to interfere. Attilio Molinario's late challenge caught a Moschini AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Attilio Molinario helped the player get up and apologised. Attilio Molinario kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Marechiaro La Gaiola's Alvaro Santarelli got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Marechiaro La Gaiola's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Coletti came free, but Eugenio Puce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dennis Coletti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Puce having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavio Mori in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabrizio Di Febo saved Moschini AFC from getting behind. If Comunardo Cavaliere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Moschini AFC's Dave Barducci got a free kick in the 31st minute. Comunardo Cavaliere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrizio Di Febo having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dennis Coletti made a kick off. When Achille Pezzella came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Marechiaro La Gaiola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Achille Pezzella couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, Comunardo Cavaliere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cesare Atroce hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Fabiano Visintin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Fabrizio Di Febo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabrizio Di Febo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Comunardo Cavaliere, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Eugenio Puce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Coletti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Cosimo Caracciolo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugenio Puce. Marechiaro La Gaiola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cosimo Caracciolo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3.
