Grifetta F.C.'s August Melberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Achille Masciarelli in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Grifetta F.C.'s goalkeeper August Melberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Biagio Gentile. After 21 played minutes Grifetta F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Davide Lizzi. After 23 minutes, 董洲钢 made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Brondolo's Adriano Saraceni tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Brondolo defense, 董洲钢 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adriano Saraceni. The Brondolo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adriano Saraceni should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute, Eleuterio Bela made a precise shot to the right of Adriano Saraceni. Brondolo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-6 lead.

The wind increased when 董洲钢 made the kick off in the second half. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Brondolo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Grifetta F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
