Franco Lopez stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Donato Capuozzi. 0-1. Federico Canzano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Bernardi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Florian Bernardi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Federico Canzano. Valleandona's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florian Bernardi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Federico Canzano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Danza in the 16th minute of the match. Antonello Tocci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Cappuccini's goal looked a bit too open when Antonello Tocci came free, but Donato Capuozzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th match minute, Cappuccini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Bernardi to maneuver through the defense. Donato Capuozzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvise Zaino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florian Bernardi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Federico Canzano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Davide Fabiani was the one to do the kick off. Antonello Tocci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cristiano Danza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 61 minutes, Florian Bernardi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cappuccini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florian Bernardi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Cristiano Danza came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Cappuccini fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Danza couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute, Florian Bernardi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Federico Canzano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Federico Canzano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Facchetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dino Scalia during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 played minutes Cappuccini got a freekick which was hit by Alvise Rocco. After 76 minutes, Federico Facchetti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cappuccini and the Valleandona players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th match minute, Cappuccini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Facchetti to maneuver through the defense. Florian Bernardi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Federico Canzano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvise Rocco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Canzano having to interfere. 98 minutes into the match, Cappuccini's Florian Bernardi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Federico Canzano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Florian Bernardi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Canzano having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
