In the 5th minute Antonello Tocci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Rotili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessio Rozzi kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Grange FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Anfilogino Basilico hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the game, Alex Sacchi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valleandona's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grange FC the free kick. 28 minutes into the game, one of Valleandona:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Valleandona:s Federico Canzano showed great skill when he stopped Cesare Pietrini:s penalty. Armando Rotili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide Fabiani in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Alessio Rozzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute of the match Franco Lopez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armando Rotili showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Fedele Grossi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valleandona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fedele Grossi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antonello Tocci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Rotili having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Davide Fabiani to strike the kick off in the second half. Federico Canzano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amedeo Picozzi's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Amedeo Picozzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Federico Canzano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute Anfilogino Basilico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Canzano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fedele Grossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davide Fabiani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armando Rotili made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Antonello Tocci sent off a good shot on target. Grange FC's Armando Rotili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davide Fabiani in the 88th minute of play. Valleandona's Davide Fabiani got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Grange FC had won after a very even match.
