Emiliano Moscatelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dino Rapone's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 9 minutes in the game, Concetto Ferraro dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Arturo Uguccioni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Concetto Ferraro in the 11th minute of play. Dario Perilli hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Concetto Ferraro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Arturo Uguccioni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 21 minutes, Alessio Cabrini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canizzano AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessio Cabrini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Dino Rapone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Concetto Ferraro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Arturo Uguccioni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Alex Morandin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academy Corvo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canizzano AFC the free kick. Alex Morandin kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Concetto Ferraro was the one to do the kick off. Alex Morandin hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Arturo Uguccioni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Concetto Ferraro in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Anselmo Masciarelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dino Rapone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Moscatelli having to interfere. Arturo Uguccioni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Ferraro in the 68th minute of the match. Anselmo Masciarelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Concetto Ferraro struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Arturo Uguccioni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academy Corvo FC. After 81 played minutes Academy Corvo FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Vittorio. When Canizzano AFC's Dino Rapone in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dino Rapone's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emiliano Moscatelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. After 94 minutes, Alex Baresi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Canizzano AFC and the Academy Corvo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alex Baresi hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Concetto Ferraro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Academy Corvo FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
