In the 6th minute Eraldo Maia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amos Locatelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amos Locatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosimo Matteucci in the 9th minute of the match. Carmine Di Lello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortunato Garofalo in the 15th minute of play forced Diecicento FC's goalkeeper Amos Locatelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Fortunato Garofalo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amos Locatelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Carmine Di Lello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd match minute, Diecicento FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Soccio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cascina Vica's zone, Camillo Chiola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Del Grosso came out of the goal and Camillo Chiola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 53rd minute Diecicento FC were awarded a corner. Federico Soccio went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Federico Soccio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fabio Del Grosso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Amedeo Pala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Del Grosso having to interfere. Federico Soccio hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. If Cosimo Matteucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 61 minutes, Amedeo Pala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diecicento FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amedeo Pala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camillo Chiola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Fabio Del Grosso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Cascina Vica booed when Diecicento FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Soccio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diecicento FC's Amos Locatelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosimo Matteucci in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camillo Chiola in the 87th minute of play forced Cascina Vica's goalkeeper Fabio Del Grosso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cascina Vica's goalkeeper Fabio Del Grosso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Cascina Vica supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cascina Vica would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
