Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Concetto Vinci started the match with the kick off. The attack was good, but when Angelo Ciraci in the 3rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The audience was convinced that Ennio Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugenio Di Gennaro was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Florian Faieta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Eugenio Di Gennaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Di Gennaro made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Ennio Costa sent off a good shot on target. Flavio Greco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Garibaldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Angelo Ciraci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Avengers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Ciraci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Di Gennaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute, Concetto Vinci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Greco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 18 minutes into the game, Concetto Vinci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Flavio Greco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Avengers FC's Flavio Greco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Garibaldi in the 26th minute of play. Fausto Colucci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugenio Di Gennaro having to make a save. Flavio Greco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Garibaldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrizio Spinosa in the 41st minute of play forced Avengers FC's goalkeeper Flavio Greco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avengers FC's Flavio Greco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Vinci in the 42nd minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ennio Costa was the one to do the kick off. Anfilogino Anelli charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 83rd match minute, Avengers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Ciraci to maneuver through the defense. If Concetto Vinci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavio Greco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felice Del Giudice in the 86th minute of the match. Fabrizio Spinosa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Flavio Greco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fabrizio Spinosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
