The supporters of Aurelia FC booed when Zinola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrizio De Matteis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Aurelia FC's Amerigo Caligaris sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alberigo Vaiani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amerigo Caligaris in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alberigo Vaiani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 41 minutes, Bianco Mattioli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aurelia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bianco Mattioli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Aurelia FC's Amerigo Caligaris in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zinola's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Alberigo Vaiani was a little too slow when Amerigo Caligaris got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Amerigo Caligaris kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alberigo Vaiani. That made the score 1-3 in the 56 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bianco Mattioli got free with Alberigo Vaiani in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bianco Mattioli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Alberigo Vaiani made a huge save. The supporters of Zinola booed when Aurelia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amerigo Caligaris didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alvaro Capasso during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 71stth minute of the game Amerigo Caligaris who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zinola's Alberigo Vaiani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute, Emanuele Di Gaetano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amerigo Caligaris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Alberigo Vaiani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amerigo Caligaris's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alberigo Vaiani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Bianco Finocchio kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Ruperto Ubelteso took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Alberigo Vaiani to make any attempt to save it. Bianco Mattioli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberigo Vaiani having to interfere. The Aurelia FC fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Aurelia FC's Bianco Mattioli looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 96th minute of the match, Bianco Mattioli got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alberigo Vaiani was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match was over Aurelia FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zinola throughout the match.
