In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Concessa AFC's goalkeeper Alex Sorrentino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alex Sorrentino had great luck who in the 32ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Federico Baratta from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Ferdinando Rossi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Sorrentino having to interfere. If Ferdinando Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Giordani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alex Sorrentino having to make a save. Ferdinando Rossi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Alex Sorrentino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Cardella in the 47th minute of play forced Bagazzano's goalkeeper Ernesto Baciadonne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferdinando Rossi was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Concessa AFC's zone, Ciro Buffone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Sorrentino came out of the goal and Ciro Buffone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th match minute, Concessa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Luciani to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Concessa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Renzi came free, but Alex Sorrentino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
