Gaibola's Augusto Dossena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Morini in the 42nd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augusto Schiavo made a kick off. Augusto Dossena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Mosca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 53 minutes, Anselmo Cameli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gaibola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Cameli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Augusto Giorda took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Augusto Dossena. Augusto Dossena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 70 minutes into the game, Armo's Christian Morini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Dossena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 75th match minute, Armo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedele Bisegna to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Demetrio Domenghini managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Gaibola's Augusto Schiavo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fedele Bisegna kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Alessio Sardella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Christian Mosca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Armo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0.
