Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. When Achille Panella came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Rosaguta AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Achille Panella couldn't finish the play. Achille Panella got in the 9th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Amerigo Giorgi handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Forcello's Amerigo Giorgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Achille Panella in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Anthony Sciascia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele De Cesaris in the 16th minute of play forced Rosaguta AFC's goalkeeper Fausto Centofanti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto Centofanti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Armellini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Forcello getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ennio Bellisario hit a great ball. Ercole Bravo in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Amerigo Giorgi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 30 minutes into the match, Forcello's goalkeeper Amerigo Giorgi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ercole Bravo. Achille Panella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Forcello's Bruno Armellini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fausto Centofanti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dino Sebastiani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Amerigo Giorgi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ercole Bravo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 38th playminute. If Ercole Bravo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosaguta AFC's Achille Panella got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniele De Cesaris to strike the kick off in the second half. Ercole Bravo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amerigo Giorgi having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Achille Panella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosaguta AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Achille Panella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amerigo Giorgi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, Achille Panella got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Achille Panella took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amerigo Giorgi. Amerigo Giorgi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The supporters of Forcello booed when Rosaguta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Cala didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amerigo Giorgi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercole Bravo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ennio Bellisario hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Achille Panella in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amerigo Giorgi saved Forcello from getting behind. Achille Panella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Amerigo Giorgi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniele De Cesaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Centofanti having to interfere. Amerigo Giorgi came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosaguta AFC's Ercole Bravo. But to his dismay, Ercole Bravo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Achille Panella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amerigo Giorgi having to interfere. After 98 minutes, Anthony Sciascia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Forcello and the Rosaguta AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
