Felice Di Virgilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedele Marongiu in the 8th minute of the match. Florian Pierdomenico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Caroselli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristoforo Maldini struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Florian Pierdomenico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Urka FC. In the 23rd minute, Anselmo Porcu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urka FC's Cristoforo Maldini got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Cristoforo Maldini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th match minute, Urka FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedele Vinciguerra to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 38 in the game by Cristoforo Maldini from a close distance when the talented Florian Pierdomenico managed to make a qualified save. Tragliatella's players were relieved. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Florian Pierdomenico successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Florian Pierdomenico, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cristoforo Maldini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Florian Pierdomenico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tragliatella's Enrico Odisio pulled a muscle in his back after 68 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Cristoforo Maldini's late challenge caught a Tragliatella's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristoforo Maldini helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tragliatella booed when Urka FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Maldini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damiano Colombi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eraldo Ciarrocchi charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eraldo Ciarrocchi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 73 played minutes Urka FC got a freekick which was hit by Eraldo Ciarrocchi. Florian Pierdomenico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristoforo Maldini, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Felice Di Virgilio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fedele Marongiu in the 77th minute. Fedele Marongiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fedele Marongiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Felice Di Virgilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristoforo Maldini in the 89th minute of play forced Tragliatella's goalkeeper Florian Pierdomenico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tragliatella's Florian Pierdomenico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoforo Maldini in the 96th minute of play.
