The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Anfilogino Balestra was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Enzo Poletti capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Enzo Poletti really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Enzo Poletti hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Enzo Poletti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Anfilogino Balestra made a huge save. Felice Cannata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Enzo Poletti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anfilogino Balestra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felice Cannata in the 17th minute of the match. Achille Biagetti charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Achille Biagetti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Terza A's Achille Biagetti got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match Antonio Fanelli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristiano Colella skillfully saved the ball. In the 21st match minute, FC Terza A was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achille Biagetti to maneuver through the defense. When Fabiano De Donatis came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Rottolandia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabiano De Donatis couldn't finish the play. Enzo Poletti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anfilogino Balestra having to make a save. If Donato Saraceni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Poletti scored 2-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anfilogino Balestra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Felice Cannata received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anfilogino Balestra came out and tried to block the shot, but Felice Cannata slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 40th minute. Enzo Poletti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Balestra having to interfere.

The wind increased when Felice Cannata made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Rottolandia got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Maldini. When FC Terza A's Felice Cannata in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rottolandia's goalie prevented a goal. Anfilogino Balestra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felice Cannata, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Enzo Poletti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Balestra having to interfere. In the 70th minute Felice Cannata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Balestra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anfilogino Balestra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Poletti in the 72nd minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Rottolandia's goal looked a bit too open when Felice Cannata came free, but Anfilogino Balestra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enzo Poletti in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anfilogino Balestra saved Rottolandia from getting behind. After having played for 83 minutes, Felice Cannata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Terza A's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felice Cannata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enzo Poletti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Anfilogino Balestra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Felice Cannata managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Terza A's supporters rose to their feet, but Felice Cannata was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anfilogino Balestra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felice Cannata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anfilogino Balestra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Cristiano Colella made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Fabiano De Donatis sent off a good shot on target. Felice Cannata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anfilogino Balestra having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Terza A fully deserved thier win.
