Fabio Pollastrini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alessio Olmi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Pollastrini having to interfere. Federico De Bartolo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beppe Finocchi in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Pani in the 28th minute of play forced Vanzaghello AFC's goalkeeper Federico De Bartolo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Di Marzio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Fabio Pollastrini skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 42 minutes into the match, Torino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Di Marzio came free, but Fabio Pollastrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Torino FC's zone, Carlo Vettori stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Beppe Finocchi made a kick off. After 54 minutes, Alberto Pantano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Torino FC and the Vanzaghello AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Bruno Di Marzio put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fabio Pollastrini. Fabio Pollastrini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Di Marzio in the 59th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Donato Pani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 97 minutes into the match, Torino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Di Marzio came free, but Fabio Pollastrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Vanzaghello AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
