The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aurelio Bergamini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrizio Patrizi having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Eugenio Di Cesare put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fabrizio Patrizi. After a defensive mix-up in Lughignano FC's zone, Ciro Caracciolo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrizio Patrizi came out of the goal and Ciro Caracciolo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabrizio Patrizi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Di Cesare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tetti Pesio AFC's goalkeeper Cesare Oroni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eugenio Di Cesare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrizio Patrizi having to interfere. Willian Pernambucano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabrizio Patrizi having to make a save. 37 minutes into the match, Franco Belardi notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Lughignano FC's Fabrizio Patrizi. Fabrizio Patrizi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabrizio Patrizi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willian Pernambucano in the 42nd minute of play. Corrado Fagnani kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Eugenio Di Cesare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrizio Patrizi having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugenio Di Cesare to make the kick off. Fabrizio Patrizi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugenio Di Cesare went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 56 minutes, Fabrizio Patrizi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Lughignano FC's zone, Eugenio Di Cesare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrizio Patrizi came out of the goal and Eugenio Di Cesare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, Eugenio Di Cesare left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tetti Pesio AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. After having played for 64 minutes, Eugenio Di Cesare managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tetti Pesio AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Di Cesare was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cesare Oroni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Belfiore, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Cesare Corelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Fabrizio Patrizi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lughignano FC's Fabrizio Patrizi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesare Corelli in the 70th minute of play. Cesare Corelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrizio Patrizi having to interfere. Cesare Corelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Lughignano FC's Cristoforo Mastrocola got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 91st minute, Willian Pernambucano sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lughignano FC's Fabrizio Patrizi didn't even have to move.
