Spectators: 6689 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 0) Bernardo Tosi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Fedele Campana made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cadimare FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Russi AFC a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Franco Lauri, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cadimare FC's Fedele Campana. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cesare Travaglini in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beppe Ceccon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the match, Cadimare FC's goalkeeper Fedele Campana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Tosi. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cadimare FC's goalkeeper Fedele Campana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 16 minutes, Eugenio Vani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Russi AFC and the Cadimare FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eugenio Vani hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Cesare Travaglini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Beppe Ceccon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Eugenio Vani was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 20 minutes had been played. Eugenio Vani hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Cesare Travaglini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th minute, Anthony Coviello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cadimare FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Cesare Travaglini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cadimare FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesare Travaglini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beppe Ceccon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cesare Travaglini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 minutes of play, Cadimare FC's Anthony Coviello made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beppe Ceccon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute, Cesare Travaglini made a precise shot to the right of Beppe Ceccon. Russi AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Cesare Travaglini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Tosi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Anthony Coviello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Ceccon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bernardo Tosi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Cadimare FC's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Caccia came free, but Fedele Campana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beppe Ceccon came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cadimare FC's Cesare Travaglini. But to his dismay, Cesare Travaglini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After 65 played minutes Cadimare FC got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Formaggio. If Bernardo Tosi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anthony Coviello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beppe Ceccon having to interfere. 1-5 became the score in the 74th minute when Cesare Travaglini elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Fedele Campana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Tosi went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. The attack was good, but when Anthony Coviello in the 86th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Donato Caccia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Beppe Ceccon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthony Coviello, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Filippo Fanelli's late challenge caught a Cadimare FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filippo Fanelli helped the player get up and apologised. Filippo Fanelli hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Anthony Coviello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beppe Ceccon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Coviello in the 97th minute of play. The Cadimare FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
