When Scarzara's Domenico Iacovacci in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Montecelio FC's goalie prevented a goal. Domenico Iacovacci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domenico Iacovacci in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eraldo Palleschi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eraldo Palleschi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Filippo Giovannelli's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Domenico Iacovacci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 52nd minute, Christian Lavatrice hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes into the match, Domenico Iacovacci notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Montecelio FC's Eraldo Palleschi. Eraldo Palleschi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Domenico Iacovacci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eraldo Palleschi was relentless in the 95th minute of the game.
