Raldon FC's Alexander Cesare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Colaneri in the 11th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Raldon FC's zone, Bernardo Cabrini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Cesare came out of the goal and Bernardo Cabrini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Augusto Colaneri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Cesare having to interfere. Bernardo Cabrini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Alexander Cesare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Raldon FC's goalkeeper Alexander Cesare, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd match minute, Raldon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Cosi to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes Raldon FC got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Palone. In the 45th minute Bernardo Cabrini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Cesare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Bernardo Cabrini managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA MANTIA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Cabrini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Cesare breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute of the match LA MANTIA FC got a corner. Raldon FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alberto Maio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to LA MANTIA FC's Domenico Bonfigli getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Raldon FC's zone, Augusto Colaneri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Cesare came out of the goal and Augusto Colaneri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute, Raldon FC's Anthony Palone seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Anthony Palone the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Raldon FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Anthony Palone had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When the match had been going on for 72 minutes, LA MANTIA FC's Alberto Maio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alexander Cesare. After 74 played minutes LA MANTIA FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Raiola. Fabio Raiola charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabio Raiola the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fabio Raiola hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Bernardo Cabrini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Cesare having to interfere. In the 91st minute of the match, Bernardo Cabrini got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alexander Cesare was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 92nd minute Comunardo Bergomi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Furia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raldon FC were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after LA MANTIA FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Franco Masci took the corner. After taking down the ball on Raldon FC's corner Franco Masci fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fabio Furia quite easily take care of the ball. Franco Masci's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Fabio Furia - 1-1 was put on the score board in the 94th minute. LA MANTIA FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
