When Ferdinando De Feo came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Zendem FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinando De Feo couldn't finish the play. 25 minutes into the game, Zendem FC's Ferdinando De Feo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fedele Santagata made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Fedele Santagata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinando De Feo in the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute of the match, Fortunato Porro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Federico Stefano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fortunato Porro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Stefano having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Cardella during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Zendem FC's Ferdinando De Feo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fedele Santagata narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ermanno Felicetti took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fedele Santagata. Summonte AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Summonte AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zendem FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferdinando De Feo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Fulvio Ciccone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Donato Vitullo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fedele Santagata, 0-3. With a little luck, Summonte AFC's Fedele Santagata got control of the ball when Ferdinando De Feo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Summonte AFC defense, Ferdinando De Feo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fedele Santagata. The Summonte AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fedele Santagata should have stopped the shot. Ferdinando De Feo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedele Santagata having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Summonte AFC's goalkeeper Fedele Santagata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferdinando De Feo. Fedele Santagata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulvio Ciccone, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute of the match Zendem FC got a corner. Summonte AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Filippo Pensa ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Filippo Pensa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fedele Santagata quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortunato Porro in the 85th minute of play forced Zendem FC's goalkeeper Federico Stefano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zendem FC's Fulvio Ciccone got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ettore Paolucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Stefano having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Summonte AFC's zone, Donato Vitullo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fedele Santagata came out of the goal and Donato Vitullo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
